Seventh-day Adventists can truly be regarded as a worldwide family of Christian believers. The Adventist presence manifests itself in nearly every country of the globe. Administratively, the church is served through its 13 regional areas of the world. No matter where you find a Seventh-day Adventist believer, you will find them to adhere to the ideals described by the Bible and their lives illustrating both faith in God and the church's commitment to the betterment of all human beings (see www.adventist.org).
The mission of the church places great emphasis on different aspects of human freedom and responsibility. These include: religious liberty and human rights, humanitarian aid and development, better lifestyles, health and wholeness, education and personal growth, as well as social issues and community involvement.

ABOUT US
The Doha Seventh Day Adventist Church, started as a small group with only 7 members in the early 80's, celebrating Sabbath from house to house. It wasn't until 1992 that the group was formally recognized in the Adventist faith. The timeline in between reflected the zealous works of the group in proclaiming the Gospel and living the lifestyle God has set for mankind to live. Eventually In 1995, the Seventh Day Adventist Church was born.
The SDA-Doha Church was initially located in the Airport Area, which later experienced several transfer routes to Mansoura Area, Muntazah Area, and Madinat Khalifa. Currently, the Doha Seventh Day Adventist Church sits on a rather modest and placid church at Anglican Centre in Abu Hamor Religious Complex.
Doha church is currently composed of members hailing from various countries and cultures - India, South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, Liberia, Nepal, Philippines, USA, Australia, Italy, Canada, UK, Lebanon, Indonesia, Hongkong and Jamaica.Though diversed with different cultures and ethnicity yet working and serving the Lord together as one.The Church now has 250 regular attendees, 100 are official members.
